    1. Concept Plan for Request for Proposals for Delegated Underwriters
    2. Draft Interim CIRM Loan Administration Policy for For-Profit Organizations
  4. Consideration of Loan Advance Program for approval of grants and loans.
  5. Consideration of California requests to the US Presidential Transition team for CIRM programs and for general biotech community financial support programs.
  6. Public Comment.
  7. Adjournment.
