[Members of the Public will be invited to provide testimony before or during consideration of each agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to three (3) minutes.]
- Consideration of key ICOC meeting policies, including but not limited to, modification of the ICOC bylaws to permit limited participation in board meetings by telephone or teleconference issues to discuss and finalize for recommendation to the ICOC in December 2008.
- Update report on contracts and interagency agreements.
